New Forum - Consumer experience, complain related

Dear All,

Its my pleasure to introduce another forum which is related to consumer experience, harassment and issues with the service providers including Govt. organizations.

The objective of this forums are follows

1. Sharing bad experiences , harassments by officials and organization to its consumers in and around Rourkela area.

2. Proposing possible solution

3. Bringing attention of such genuine issues and concern to the higher authority and following up until the issue is addressed and the consumer is happy or whatever.

I am sure this will bring tansperency and confidence in consumer-provider relationship and it will also improve quality of services for the citizens.
